Welcome,
Its our duty, responsibility and obligation to help you as much as we can and
WE WOULD LOVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE OF SERVICE TO YOU
Too far for travel? That’s understandable, However I’d thought this is a great time to mention we found it exciting & with deep satisfaction to have had people travel interstate just to see us, and I’m talking some of these drives was only for a quick 1 night stay in SA just to get the headliner done through us.Β
Price? We understand & appreciate the fact that the price may higher than you want it to be, and if it is of any help, we would prefer to find a way to give you more value, rather than focus on dropping the price. We would love the opportunity to be of service to all our customers who are interested in headliner repairs done by us.Β
We are priced to stay in business long term & that dropping the price should be the last thing a business does to be competitive. We have a unique position in the market & deliver high value. Which gratefully keeps us extremely busy.
We know we are not the dearest but also not the cheapest around, and 100% worth considering for ANY price gap in the market.
Your getting our accumulated education, skill & experience built over 10years in just doing headliners
Maybe we have done a Headliner Repair for you in the past, many years ago? Those cheaper prices we use to be at 4-10 years ago were effective then, however since then workload of the jobs that come through has increased drastically & cost of goods increasing annually, and our demand for service is through the roof.
We are currently working on a higher than normal volume of orders. In cases of very high demand, the prices reflected are to help ensure you receive an acceptable turnaround time, and it lets us continue to be your most reliable choice.
We appreciate you taking the time to consider in going with us.
No problem if you found someone cheaper, booked in faster or closer to home, I’m sure you got great service, if your not satisfied, and they drop the ball at any stage, come see us, even if you didn’t end up going through us initially, We are always happy to assist.
If you decide to go with us & when you are ready, let me know, My schedule fills up very fast but sometimes we can usually book you in the week you enquiry depending on your Car, Make, Year and Model.
It is also common to find our calendar is usually booked full for 1-4 months in the busy times, Jan, Feb, March, April, May.
Best regards,
Reece

EBAY FABRIC SALES Q&A’s
WE SENT THE WRONG FABRIC: If we did, we will correct it ASAP and resend you out the adjusted order. However make sure you open the package up fully and reveal the appropriate (face side up) and know what the back side is. As it can be the case Your just looking at the back of the fabric, we do mark the back side, so look for those markings.
The correct upside fabric is on the inside. Once unfolded it should say BACK on the backing side. So Velour/Flat Knit is on the inside.
Our postage covers not just the fee to send, but also the packaging, the time, eBay fees, and profit on the whole process, otherwise we wouldn’t offer the service and just keep to doing headliners in person, however there’s a market for customers who like to do their own projects like yourself, and we are catering to that market but requires profit margins to make it viable.
We go the extra mile & will exceed your expectations!

We are worth considering for the price gap difference amongst others in the marketplace.
COMMON Q&A: HEADLINER IS ONLY SAGGING A TINY BIT, FABRIC IS STILL GOOD, JUST NEEDS TO BE REGLUED?
We never reuse the old fabric/foam. And don’t offer that service.
Just full Replacement with new foam/fabric and new glue.
If it was previously recovered in new material, then maybe a quick repair can be accomplished.
Fabric may only be sagging in a few places & still neat, but if it previously hasn’t been recovered and not a warranty issue, Adding glue to the existing factory material wont work, looks messy, it will leave a visible stain due to glue hitting raw fabric.
Over time the foam backing on the fabric crumbles away making it un-stick & causing the fabric to fall down. To fix the sagging issue professionally, the Foam/Fabric needs to be replaced.
