So guys normally a factory Roof Lining will last up to 10-15 years, then the foam backing will rot away, resulting in the roof lining / hoodlining sagging and falling down. This condition is very common because of the heat that builds up in a car over time. It may eventually be resting on your head, blocking your view and even dropping orange foam all over your car, most makes and models suffer this problem. Once this happens the material needs to be replaced.
Over time the foam backing on the Valour headliner material crumbles away making it un-stick and fall away from the headlining board causing the fabric to fall down, once this has happened the material NEEDS to be replaced.
