TURNAROUND TIME
We appreciate your understanding as we manage a high volume of orders. Please allow 2-8 business days for packaging. Our typical handling time is around 5 days, which enables us to consolidate multiple items for a single trip to the Post Office. Please note that items may be marked as ‘SENT’ during the packaging and processing phase, even if they have not yet been delivered to the Post Office. In essence, while your item may show as sent, it remains with us and will be dispatched to the Post Office as soon as possible within the specified timeframe. Regarding our schedule, we generally make bulk collections to Australia Post on Mondays and/or Fridays, and tracking information is typically uploaded within 48 hours. Please be aware that during holiday periods, such as Christmas, we may be unavailable for approximately 2-3 weeks, starting in mid-December and returning in early January. During this time, we will not be in the office or able to respond to inquiries until our return.

HOW IT IS PACKAGED
When the headliner fabric is ordered through mail, it typically arrives folded rather than on a roll, facilitating quicker and more efficient shipping via Australia Post. Upon receipt, carefully remove the packaging and unfold the fabric, which may exhibit some fold lines and creases. To allow these to gradually diminish, leave the fabric in a warm environment for 2 to 5 days; sunlight can aid in this process. A handheld steamer is also effective for removing creases.
To remove creases and fold lines in fabric using just water, you can follow these steps:
1. Dampen the Fabric: Lightly mist the fabric with just (clean/clear cold water) using a spray bottle. Don’t soak it, just dampen the fabric enough to relax the fibers.
2. Smooth the Fabric: Gently stretch or pull the fabric while it’s damp. If it’s a larger piece, you can lay it flat on a clean surface or hang it up.
3. Let It Dry: Allow the fabric to air dry completely. As it dries, the creases should loosen and smooth out.
Alternatively, hand held steamer works instantly as seen on our Youtube tutorials.
Included in the package are some offcuts of the headliner material, which can be utilised for cleaning and for the application process. We recommend using these offcuts for a final smoothing with a soft pad, as this technique helps to minimise imperfections and ensures a smooth application of the headliner.
