Step 2: Await our response: Once you have sent us a text message with your inquiry, we typically respond within 24 hours. However, please allow us up to 3 days for a reply. The information we provide will cover all the details you need. We will then be waiting for your decision to proceed with the Car Headliner repair through our services.
Step 3: Schedule Your Appointment: At this stage, you should have sent us a text message containing details about your vehicle, including the make, year, model, and location, along with a photo of the entire headliner if possible. Now, we need to know your preferred days and times for the service, and I will verify our availability to accommodate your request.
Please note that due to our current high volume of work and incoming calls, we ask for your patience with a response time of up to 3 days. We typically handle around 60 calls daily, but we strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Our team is available to address inquiries during office hours from Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and Friday 7 AM to 2 PM.
Leave/Away & Out of office:
We establish automated responses for situations when we are out of the office, on vacation, or unavailable during business hours. To ensure smooth operations, we conduct two dedicated rounds of administrative checks on the primary work phone each day: from 8:30 to 10:30 AM and from 2:00 to 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with a brief check on Fridays to wrap up the week.
Work phones are typically not monitored during holidays, which will be communicated as necessary. There are no upcoming holidays planned, aside from the forthcoming public holidays and weekends. Please anticipate no responses during this period. We generally take a break over the Christmas season for approximately 2-3 weeks, concluding around mid to late December and resuming in early January. During this time, we will be out of the office and away from our tools, and we will address inquiries as soon as we return.
