At Reece’s Auto Headlining Repairs we take great pride in our work and stand by the quality of our work. For this reason we provide a 24 month warranty on on headlining replacements. If the material of the headliner sags or falls in the 24 months after a replacement has been done we will re-book your vehicle and repair the issue.
Warranty Limitations:
Plastic headlining components related to the headlining removal/reinstall are not covered with our warranty and is the owners responsibility to replace broken/faulty parts (inc Sunglasses Console/FPV clock), this is due to the fact plastics can become brittle and crack with age. Our aim is always 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns about the overall quality of the headlining replacement you should contact us as soon as possible and we can discuss and amend any concerns you have.
Waiting around onsite:
Due to our insurances and other jobs/activities we may have on during same time frame of booking, as we usually run multiple bookings daily. For anything greater than a 1.5 hour duration of time to complete your car, we don’t have the accommodation to have customers waiting around onsite, thats only reserved for our quick 20min – 90min exchanges. So we suggest to organise a ride eg: Friend Taxi Uber etc or enjoy a walk to local shops/cafes.
Being that most of the time we run things from a residential site, we like to keep the foot traffic inside our premises to a minimum, along with our inside Toilet use, so we aim to keep onsite waiting around reserved for quick exchanges only. Anything over 1.5 hours customers will need to organise to wait elsewhere away and off premises.
What to expect after job completion:
If theres any imperfection in the finished result, as in fabric dents/creases, no problem as usually after a few warm days the new replaced fabric/foam will slightly naturally settle in & expand which then those imperfections fade away. I also do suggest to keep infants and young children away out the car as much as possible for a few days to allow any smells/toxins of new materials eg: Glue & Fabric to fade away. We aim to use the best materials and less amount of potential harmful chemicals as possible, however we like to suggest to customers to play their part and keep windows down, AC/Fans running, and anything they can think of to air out the car to remove out any unpleasant new smells.
